Welcome to Wazdwi. By accessing or using our platform as a buyer, cook, or driver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Cook Responsibilities
Cooks must maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. All meals listed must be accurately described and prepared in a safe environment.
3. Orders & Cancellation
Once an order is accepted by a cook, cancellations may be subject to a fee. Wazdwi reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or platform misuse.
4. Liability Limitation
Wazdwi acts as an intermediary connecting users. We are not liable for the quality of food prepared by independent cooks, nor for the actions of independent drivers, beyond our dispute resolution policies.
